Be Your Best You
Restore & Balance Your Hormones
Our Approach
We provide comprehensive hormone management directly within our primary care clinic, allowing patients to receive evaluation, lab work, and treatment in one place without routinely needing multiple referrals or outside specialty visits.
Our approach follows established clinical guidelines and is individualized based on symptoms, laboratory findings, and overall health goals. Care is delivered by providers with advanced training in hormone therapy and ongoing optimization protocols.
This is a cash-based program. Insurance is not utilized for hormone therapy services.
Our goal is to help patients achieve improved energy, mood, metabolic health, and overall wellbeing through safe, evidence-based hormone management.
What to Expect
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
A Simple, Structured 3-Step Program
We take a thoughtful, medically grounded approach to hormone therapy—focused on your symptoms, your labs, and your long-term health.
STEP 1 — Evaluation & Labs
Start with clarity.
We begin with a focused assessment to determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate and safe for you.
What We Review
- Symptoms: energy, mood, libido, sleep, weight changes
- Medical history and current medications
- Targeted physical exam (when indicated)
Labs We Typically Order
- CBC
- CMP
- Lipid panel
- Total Testosterone (AM)
- Free T
- SHBG
- LH/FSH
- Free Estradiol (sensitive)
- PSA
Reference Ranges (Context Only)
Men
- Free Testosterone: ~5–21 ng/dL
- Estradiol (sensitive): ~10–40 pg/mL
Women
- Free Testosterone: ~0.3–1.9 ng/dL
- Estradiol varies by phase:
- Follicular: ~30–120 pg/mL
- Ovulatory: ~130–370 pg/mL
- Luteal: ~70–250 pg/mL
- Postmenopausal: <30 pg/mL
Important: Treatment decisions are based on symptoms + labs, not lab values alone. Panels and targets may be adjusted based on your individual case.
STEP 2 — Personalized Treatment Plan
Only if clinically appropriate.
If you’re a candidate, we design a plan tailored to your physiology, symptoms, and goals.
For Men (Testosterone Replacement Therapy – TRT)
- Preferred therapy: Testosterone Cypionate
- Route: Intramuscular (IM) preferred, subcutaneous (SQ) optional (transdermal & alternate routes available upon request)
- Typical starting dose: 80–150 mg/week
- Frequency: 1–2 injections per week
- Goal: Symptom improvement with physiologic hormone levels
For Women (Hormone Replacement Therapy – HRT)
Core Regimen (most common):
- Transdermal estradiol (patch or gel)
- Oral progesterone (if uterus present)
Typical Starting Doses:
- Estradiol patch: 0.025–0.05 mg/day (adjusted as needed)
- Progesterone: 100–200 mg nightly
Testosterone (Selective Use Only):
- Considered for low libido or energy
- Very low-dose, carefully monitored therapy
STEP 3 — Monitoring & Optimization
Dial it in safely.
Hormone therapy is not “set it and forget it.” Ongoing monitoring ensures effectiveness and safety.
Follow-Up Schedule
- First follow-up: 4–8 weeks
- Once stable: every 3–6 months
What We Monitor
- Hormone levels (Testosterone, Estradiol)
- CBC (especially hematocrit in men)
- Lipid panel
- Symptom progression
Optimization Phase
- Dose adjustments are common early on
- The goal is how you feel + safe lab ranges
Our Approach to Care
- Treat the patient, not just the lab value
- Start low and adjust thoughtfully
- Monitor consistently for safety
- Prioritize long-term metabolic and cardiovascular health
What You Can Expect
Clear guidance, no guesswork. We walk you through every step so you understand your treatment, feel confident in the process, and get results safely.
