Pay My Bill

Guardian Primary Care has a new patient payment portal. See what you owe, pay it, pull your payment history, update your card and manage a membership — all in one place.

Two ways to pay

Both go to Guardian Primary Care. Use whichever is easier for you — our aim is simply to make paying as smooth as possible.

New

Patient payment portal

Our new portal does more than take a payment. Check your balance, look back at what you have already paid, change the card on file and manage a recurring membership, whenever it suits you.

Patient Ally portal

Patient Ally is still fully operational. If it is what you are used to, nothing has to change — carry on paying there. The new portal is an extra option, not a replacement.

What you can do in the payment portal

See what you owe

Your patient-responsible balance — what is left after your insurance has processed the claim — in one place, so there is no guessing about the amount.

Pull your payment history

Every payment you have made, available to view any time. Useful when you are budgeting for the year or gathering medical expenses at tax time.

Update your card on file

Change the card we keep on file yourself, whenever it is replaced, reissued or expires. No need to read a card number over the phone.

Manage a subscription

If you pay us on a recurring basis — a Guardian Direct Care membership, for example — you can see and manage it yourself.

Logging in takes about a minute

There is no password to set and no account to create.

1

Open the portal

Use the button on this page. It opens Guardian Primary Care’s payment portal, hosted securely by Stripe.

2

Enter your email

Use the email address we have on file for you. The portal sends a login link to that address rather than asking for a password.

3

Open the link we email you

Click the link in that email and you are in. Nothing to remember, and nothing new to sign up for.

Not receiving the login email? It usually means a different address is on your account. Call us on (573) 200-6143 and we will check which address we have for you.

Billing questions

How do I pay my Guardian Primary Care bill online?

Open the Guardian Primary Care payment portal and enter the email address the practice has on file for you. The portal emails you a login link. Once you are in, you can see your balance and pay it. You can also still pay through the Patient Ally portal if that is more convenient for you.

Do I need a password for the payment portal?

No. There is no password and no account to create. You enter your email address and the portal sends you a secure login link. Open that link and you are signed in.

Which email address should I use to log in?

Use the email address Guardian Primary Care has on file for you. If the login link does not arrive, the most likely reason is that a different address is on your account. Call the office at (573) 200-6143 and we will check which address we have and update it if needed.

Can I still pay through the Patient Ally portal?

Yes. The Patient Ally portal is still fully operational and you can keep paying there if that is what you are used to. The new payment portal is an additional option, not a replacement. Both go to Guardian Primary Care.

Can I see my payment history for taxes or budgeting?

Yes. The payment portal keeps a record of the payments you have made, which you can view whenever you need it — for household budgeting, or when you are gathering medical expenses for a tax return.

How do I update the credit card Guardian has on file?

Log in to the payment portal and update the card there yourself. This is the quickest way to handle a card that has expired, been reissued or been replaced, and it means you do not have to read a card number out over the phone.

What is a patient-responsible balance?

It is the part of the bill that is yours to pay once your insurance has processed the claim and paid its share — things like a copay, coinsurance or an amount applied to your deductible. It is the figure the payment portal shows you.

Who do I talk to about a billing question?

Call Guardian Primary Care at (573) 200-6143 during office hours, or use the contact form on the website. If something on your bill does not look right, speak to us before paying it and we will go through it with you.

Still working out what you will owe in the first place? Our insurance and care access page covers the plans we are in network with, Medicare and Medicaid, and Guardian Direct Care if you would rather pay a flat monthly price.
